I brought Jazz Legend and dear friend Milt Hinton to the Clearwater Jazz Festival in 1990 to guest with my quintet for his 80th birthday. I had 10,000 people sing Happy Birthday to him that night ! Milt was the most recorded bass player in history and is truly missed. I put this track on my anthology “A Jazz Life” which has been submitted to the 57th Grammy’s this year.
